Shipping

Shipping is free in the United States and for most North American orders! Taxes and shipping are included in the price of the group break spot.

For Canada & International orders: Any group breaks that contain an item that requires additional shipping costs will be stated in the break page description, and you will be contacted with the total cost.

All packages are shipped in bubble mailers in either a top loader, one-touch or protective count cases (depending on the number of cards in the package).

For US residents, breaks from the Friday night to the following Thursday night are given to our shippers on Friday. They package them up over the weekend to go out on Monday. If a break doesn’t go Thursday night but goes the following night, those hits will not be shipped until the following week.

If you would like a group break shipped right away (with tracking), an additional fee will be added because we are not shipping it on our regular schedule. Please email us for a shipping quote as it depends on where you are located – info@warriorcollecting.com

Group break hits will be shipped to the address you have registered in your Warrior profile. If you change this address after we have shipped previous packages to you, you must notify us of this change via an email to info@warriorcollecting.com

Tracking is free within the US as long as your package meets a specific value.  If your package does not meet that value, we will ship the package regular mail. We will mark each order shipped once the package is ready to go, packages don’t move on the weekend but they are in USPS hands so they can go out Monday morning.

Canada and International orders are shipped every 2 weeks. The USA orders will be sent with tracking and international orders will be shipped with USPS First-Class International Mail.

First, find your break number.  All group breaks are labelled with a unique number. If you can’t remember your group break’s number: From the top header got to My Account > Orders. From there you will see a list of your past group breaks.  You can also check your email and see it on your confirmation receipt. All randomizations are recorded on YouTube! Search for your break number in the YouTube search bar on our channel to view the video.
Please check your Spam or Junk folder. For Gmail users, check your additional Category tabs or select ‘All Mail’.  Some mail carriers, such as Yahoo and AOL, may take longer to receive or may not accept the confirmation email.
